The location is fantastic! Right across from the main plaza with a view of the gorgeous cathedral and with multiple places to eat nearby. The doors open to the balcony and you can stand out there and just watch everything. I stayed during the festival time of year, so the sights were many!

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the colonial city. The staff are helpful, friendly, attentive. I will stay here again. The tours promoted are excellent.

The rooms and balconies were perfect for our stay. The music was non-stop, everything worked as expected, the valet service was superb and the location is perfect.
